Our mentorship and talent pairing initiative is to connect AIDAK warriors with other professionals and experts in their field of interest. These mentors are successful entrepreneurs and business owners in the community and abroad who voluntarily share their talent and skills with our young adults. For example, a young adult with a talent for event planning will be paired with a successful event planner who will take our warrior under their wings and show them the path to launch and manage a successful event planning business. With this method, we hope that our young adults can receive the right mentorship and coaching that they need to develop and enhance their skills and capabilities.
